Returns

• Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.

REFUNDS 

• Store Credit (100% Refund)
  Receive a full refund in the form of store credit with lifetime validity. This credit can be used for any future purchase at timeluxe.in, with no deductions.

 

• Cash Refund
  A refund to the original payment method is available with a deduction of ₹200 as return processing fees.

• Products purchased under combo offers are not eligible for return.

Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

• Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Exchanges

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
